  • 1 13.5 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 20 oz can Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 1 10.75 oz can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 3 C Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Large Onion, diced/sauteed
  • 2 Bell Peppers, diced

Instructions

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
