Vice President of Development
Kathleen Mengyu Cai is a sophomore majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Spanish. She became the Vice President of Development starting Spring 2016, before this, she has been the publicity coordinator for two semesters in Illini Fighting Hunger. In addition to serving on the exec board, Kathleen is also involved with Accounting Club, CSSA, and is an intern for U of I Extension Financial Wellness Program. Moreover, she loves practicing Taekwondo in her free time and is a red belt! But she says that you really need to be careful with sports, because Taekwondo is why she got her knee twisted back in November (Ahhh!).
