Classic Vegetarian Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Meal Starter Mix
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no salt added)
- 1 can black beans (low sodium), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 C green onions
- 1/2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Add as much as you would like of your favorites vegetables. Anything will work!
Instructions
- Add remaining ingredients to prepared casserole and heat through.
