Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Meal Starter Mix
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no salt added)
  • 1 can black beans (low sodium), drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 C green onions
  • 1/2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Add as much as you would like of your favorites vegetables. Anything will work!

Instructions

  1. Add remaining ingredients to prepared casserole and heat through.
