Bill Million serves as a 4-H Youth Development Specialist with University of Illinois Extension within the College of Agriculture, Consumer and Environmental Sciences (ACES). In his current role, Bill provides leadership for the 4-H Feeding and Growing our Communities initiative where 4-H clubs, and community groups accept the challenge of alleviating hunger in their local communities. Part of this initiative includes a partnership with Illini Fighting Hunger where 4-H members/volunteers raise funds to sponsor meal packaging events
that help families in their local community. Other efforts within this initiative include 4-H community gardens, 4-H Kids in the Kitchen Cooking Schools, Weekend Backpack programs and 4-H Hunger Ambassadors working with their local food pantry to address hunger issues.
